Each level connects to the seven chakras, guiding you to train from the inside out. You’ll use breath, mindful awareness, and intelligent strength progressions to build mobility, stability, and power, without slipping back into old compensatory patterns that cause pain and fatigue.
Through thoughtful layering of weighted and resistance-based movement, you’ll teach your body to move reciprocally in balanced, coordinated, and free way. Every session leaves you feeling stronger, lighter, and more alive than when you started.

Level 1:
Ground your strength from the feet up, get stability through ankles and knees.
Level 2:
Activate the hips and pelvic floor for deep core power and balance.
Level 3:
Build pressure-managed strength through the ribs, spine, and pelvis.
Level 4:
Strengthen the ribcage, shoulders, and arms for graceful, capable movement.
Level 5:
Liberate the neck and shoulders to align strength with ease.
Level 6:
Train awareness through vision and coordination and see and move with precision.
